Hello fellow Alrewas community member and resident.
Please let me take just a minute of your time to explain how this site came about:
I was dissappointed to find there was not a single Alrewas website that really catered for the residents needs in one place. Sure you can find things for sale on Ebay, there are sites where you can post Blogs and forums, nothing very specific to our area other than the local school websites, local history groups websites, and certainly not one that pooled every available resource together. What I have done is exactly that effectively creating a One Stop Community Portal run by the people for the people.
The idea is that you as a resident/community member or business can contribute to this site by registering and adding your News Stories, Adverts, Events, Photos, Video just by registering for Free and uploading, it as simple as 123, hence a site that is "run by the people for the people of Alrewas"
This is a not for profit website. I want to keep this as free as possible and have no plans to charge Individuals, I fund this site from the Business Directory and Jobs listings as well as Google sponsored links and donations. So if you see any relevant ads that interest you rest assured your click will make a difference. Also donations are gratefully received and will also go towards our hosting costs.
